Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Garment, Textile, Apparel Manufacturing, or related industries.

The candidate will be responsible for sales billing, GST invoicing, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill, Tally Prime entries, customer documentation, and coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process GST-compliant sales invoices for domestic and interstate customers.
- Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills.
- Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and sales orders accurately.
- Verify product details, quantities, prices, HSN codes, GST rates, and customer requirements before billing.
- Pass sales and billing-related accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Delivery Challans, and other sales documents.
- Maintain sales registers, customer billing records, invoice records, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Logistics teams for timely billing and dispatch.
- Handle customer billing queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Assist with GST reconciliation and TDS-related accounting wherever applicable.
- Prepare billing MIS and sales reports using MS Excel.




- Support monthly closing and statutory audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in Billing / Accounts / Finance.
- Experience in Garment / Textile / Apparel industry is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST invoicing, HSN codes, GST rates, and tax invoices.
- Hands-on experience with e-Invoice and e-Way Bill generation.
- Practical working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of TDS accounting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in sales billing and customer reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
