Position: Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle day-to-day technical support for Linux servers, VoIP/Dialer systems, network connectivity, and agent operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and troubleshoot Linux servers, including CPU, RAM, disk space, services, processes, and logs.
- Handle basic Linux commands such as df -h, free -h, and systemctl status.
- Troubleshoot VoIP/Dialer systems, including SIP, RTP, SIP Trunks, Dial Plans, Campaigns, and call connectivity.
- Resolve issues such as no audio/voice, outbound calling failures, and dialer errors.
- Identify whether technical issues are related to the server, dialer, network, or user level.
- Perform basic networking troubleshooting involving IP, DNS, Ping, Routing, Firewall, and connectivity.
- Coordinate with technical/vendor teams for escalated issues.
- Maintain technical records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Use MS Excel for reporting and analysis, including SUM, IF,



COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, Filters, Conditional Formatting, and Pivot Tables.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in Technical/IT Support.
- Practical knowledge of Linux, VoIP/Dialer systems, and basic networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in server, dialer, or call-centre technical support will be preferred.

Significant:
Candidates with only general desktop/helpdesk support experience may not be suitable. Practical knowledge of Linux + VoIP/Dialer + Networking is required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
