Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, trial running, and machine setup of Water Jet Looms.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and operational issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Water Jet Loom machines.
- Identify machine faults and provide effective technical solutions.
- Handle machine settings, adjustments, and performance optimization.
- Visit customer factories for service, inspection, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Monitor machine performance and improve efficiency, quality, and production output.
- Guide and train junior service engineers and technicians.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and technical & China teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper service reports, visit reports, and machine history.
- Provide technical feedback regarding recurring machine issues and spare parts requirements.
- Support customers during machine trials, production issues, and after-sales service.
- Follow company service procedures, safety standards, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,



Textile Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Water Jet Loom / Textile Machinery service.
- Strong knowledge of Water Jet Loom operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to independently handle customer service and machine breakdowns.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to manage and guide a service team.

Preferred

- Experience with Water Jet Loom installation and commissioning.
- Knowledge of loom settings, weaving parameters, machine optimization, and common production issues.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and technical escalations.
- Experience with Chinese textile machinery will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Preferred)
