AI Creative & Content Production Expert

Role Objective:
To leverage AI tools and creative software to produce, edit, enhance, retouch, and transform images and videos into high-quality, engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing, social media, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

- AI-Based Image Editing & Enhancement
- Edit, retouch, restore, upscale, and enhance images using AI-powered tools.
- Remove or replace backgrounds, objects, people, and unwanted elements.
- Perform color correction, skin retouching, lighting enhancement, sharpening, and image restoration.
- Generate or modify visual assets using generative AI while maintaining realistic and brand-appropriate results.
- Create multiple creative variations of images based on campaign or content requirements.
- Video Editing & Content Creation
- Convert raw video footage into polished reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and long-form content.
- Select, trim, arrange, and stitch raw footage into a coherent narrative.
- Add transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, captions, graphics, animations, and other visual elements.
- Edit footage into complete videos/films with appropriate storytelling, pacing, continuity, and visual flow.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- AI-Powered Video Production
- Use AI tools for video enhancement, noise removal, upscaling, stabilization, background/object removal, and other post-production tasks.
- Use generative AI for creating visual elements, scenes, voiceovers, subtitles, music, and supporting creative assets where appropriate.
- Experiment with emerging AI video-generation and editing tools to improve production speed and quality.
- Creative Storytelling
- Understand the objective of the content and translate raw material into a compelling visual story.
- Develop appropriate sequencing, hooks, pacing, music, transitions, and visual treatments.




- Ensure the final output is engaging and suitable for the intended audience and platform.
- Content Quality & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all images and videos meet defined quality, branding, resolution, aspect-ratio, and platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency in colors, fonts, graphics, visual style, and overall brand identity.
- Conduct final quality checks before publishing or delivery.
- Production Efficiency
- Use AI and automation to reduce editing time and improve content-production turnaround.
- Build reusable templates, workflows, prompts, presets, and editing systems.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, assets, templates, and final outputs.

Expected Skill Set

- Strong knowledge of AI-based image and video editing tools.
- Proficiency in professional image-editing and retouching software.
- Robust video-editing and post-production skills.
- Understanding of cinematography, composition, color grading, audio, transitions, and storytelling.
- Ability to work with raw photographs and raw video footage and independently take them to final output.
- Strong understanding of social-media video formats, particularly short-form/reel content.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, prompting, AI image generation, AI video generation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adopt new AI tools quickly.

- Turnaround time for assigned creative projects.
- Ability to independently convert raw assets into finished content.
- Effective use of AI to improve productivity and output quality.
- Accuracy in following creative briefs and brand guidelines.

- Reduction in manual editing time through AI/automation.
- Consistency and quality of final deliverables.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
