About the Role

VERQON CORP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for an HR Executive & Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our growing operations in Bhopal.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating and onboarding candidates for BPO, Data Entry, Data Mining, Inbound Voice and support roles.

This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with high-volume recruitment, candidate calling and daily hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and experienced positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, job groups, employee referrals and local recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates through telephone calls and initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on communication, experience, attitude and job suitability.
- Coordinate walk-in recruitment drives and bulk hiring campaigns.
- Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain a pipeline of backup candidates for critical positions.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and management regarding manpower requirements.
- Assist with joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports covering sourcing, interviews, selections and joining.
- Support basic HR administration and employee coordination when required.

Current Hiring Requirements

The selected HR Executive will initially support recruitment for:

- Data Entry / Data Mining Executives
- Inbound Voice Process Executives




- Team Leaders
- Quality Analysts
- Office Support Staff
- Other operational positions as required

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
- Ability to source candidates independently.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain recruitment records accurately.
- Ability to work with daily hiring targets and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Candidates with BPO, call centre, data entry, customer service or bulk recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant recruitment internship/training may also be considered.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Build a continuous candidate pipeline.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets.
- Reduce candidate dropouts between selection and joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Complete hiring requirements within agreed timelines.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
