- Prepare offer letters, recent-hire and exit documentation.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding checklists and trackers.
- Update HRIS and benefits systems for hires, changes, and terminations.
- Process benefits enrollments and terminations.
- Maintain employee files, compliance logs, and documentation.
- Track U.S. HR regulatory checklists and audit preparation tasks.
- Monitor SLA timelines, accuracy, and HR operations metrics.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
