Job Description

Maintain all private event employee files in confidence, with established procedures and standards by the Island Hotel Newport Beach

Standards and to follow policies and procedures set forth within the hotel

Initiates the programming of Spa Services, or golf when not pre- booked in the contract

Monitors repair lead times at internal and external repair providers

Manages the billing of repairs at the completion of each job which may include retail, wholesale and warranty

Retail Artists – book retail artists for fashion week shows and other events

Show & Key Artist Confirmation – work closely with the Director and Manager, GFC,



on confirming fashion week shows and key artists for New York, Milan and Paris fashion weeks other fashion events in New York and abroad

Paperwork Support – assist with the creation of paperwork for fashion week including Show Support Contracts

Contact Relations - Assemble designer flowers lists and labels

Responsible for gathering, organizing and presenting key industry influences once a quarter
