We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our supply chain team. You will source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders. Your goal is to ensure the company receives high-quality goods at the best possible prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Sourcing: Research and identify reliable local and global suppliers.
- Negotiation: Compare quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedules with vendors.
- Order Management: Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) until final delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect delivered products and resolve quality or delivery disputes with vendors.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of purchases, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with finance, production,



and logistics teams to align purchasing with company budgets and project timelines.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as a purchasing officer, buyer, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle).
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze spending patterns and prepare cost-reduction reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
