We are looking for an energetic and responsible Liaison Executive Intern for a 1-month field-based internship.
The intern will gain practical experience in licensing, agreements, official documentation and liaison work by assisting with visits to government offices, client locations and other concerned authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with licensing, registration and renewal-related work.
- Visit government departments and concerned offices for submission, collection and follow-up of documents.
- Assist with preparation and processing of agreements and official documentation.
- Follow up on pending licences, approvals, agreements and applications.
- Coordinate with company officials, clients and external authorities as required.
- Maintain records of submitted and received documents.
- Provide regular updates on assigned field work.
- Assist with other liaison and administrative activities as required.
Who Can Apply?

- Willing to undertake regular field visits.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable dealing with offices and officials.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation preferred.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
