Industry: Sweet Shops (Mithai), Bakery, & SnacksAbout the RoleNikunj Food Industries is looking for an energetic, trustworthy, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily sales, inventory, and staff management across our 4 sweets, bakery, and snack shops located around Tronica City, Loni.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality standards, controlling wastage, maximizing counter sales, and managing daily cash auditing across all 4 locations. Owning a two-wheeler and having a valid driving license is mandatory, as this role requires frequent travel between stores.Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Store Management: Visit all 4 shops daily to inspect cleanliness, product display presentation, and overall hygiene.
- Sales & Cash Auditing: Verify daily opening and closing cash balances, supervise POS systems, and ensure daily sales revenue is securely accounted for and deposited.




- Inventory & Wastage Control: Monitor stock levels of sweets, baked items, and snacks. Coordinate raw material supply and ensure minimal shelf-life spoilage.
- Staff Supervision: Manage counter sales staff, delivery personnel, and coordinate with kitchen staff (Bakers/Halwais). Maintain shift schedules and track attendance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints quickly, maintain high service standards, and implement promotional offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, or Operations Supervisor in a sweets chain (e.g., Haldiram's, Bikanervala, local premium sweet shops), bakery, or fast-food chain.
- Skills: Solid leadership, excellent cash handling capability, basic knowledge of Excel/billing software, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English (for billing and messaging).
- Logistics: Must reside in or near Ghaziabad/Loni/Tronica City and own a two-wheeler for commuting between shops.
