Job Description
We are looking for candidates with excellent Hindi communication skills to join our Voice Process team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving basic queries, and providing professional support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
- Understand and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly performance targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Coimbatore location.
