- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, equipment and utilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor equipment performance and support improvement in machine reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spare parts usage.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and as per required standards.
Candidate Profile
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of relevant experience in plant/machine maintenance
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Good coordination and communication skills
