Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our manufacturing team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to aluminium extrusion manufacturing processes, production activities, quality, and shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand aluminium extrusion manufacturing processes.
- Assist the Production and Manufacturing teams in daily shop-floor activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Support productivity and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic production/process-related issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Develop knowledge of machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Eligibility & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering concepts.
- Candidates willing to work in shifts may be preferred.
