Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Marketing and Operations Manager to oversee both business growth and daily operations at our diagnostic center. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with referring doctors to increase footfall while ensuring the center runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage patient turnaround times, maintain operational quality control, and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Business Development & B2B Marketing: Lead doctor-engagement initiatives, visit hospitals/clinics to increase patient referrals, and tie up with corporates for health check-up packages.
- Daily Center Operations: Supervise front-desk, phlebotomy, and radiology staff to ensure smooth daily workflows, punctuality, and zero operational downtime.
- Patient Experience Management: Minimize patient waiting times, manage billing and administrative queries, and maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Oversee daily cash management, vendor coordination, and inventory levels for lab reagents and medical consumables.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:



Ensure the center complies with standard medical regulations and adheres to quality control procedures for lab reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree required. A Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA in Operations/Marketing, or a background in Hospital Management is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in a managerial or assistant manager role within a diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare facility.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Pathology), and local doctor referral networks.
- Exceptional leadership, staff management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach for marketing and analytical mindset for operations.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time (In office with local travel for marketing)
- Schedule: Day shift / Rotational management coverage if open late
- Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund (PF), Performance Bonuses, and Travel/Fuel allowance for field visits.

Pay: ₹16,202.43 - ₹24,366.71 per month
