Hiring: Residential Solar Sales Specialist We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Residential Solar Sales Specialist to join our growing solar team. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and convert residential solar leads into customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rooftop solar solutions. - Conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess project feasibility. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic system-sizing details. - Explain solar benefits, savings, ROI, financing options, and applicable subsidy schemes. - Coordinate with technical, installation, and project execution teams. - Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.



- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent customer relationships. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Requirements: - Experience in residential/rooftop solar sales preferred. - Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. - Basic understanding of solar PV systems and rooftop installation. - Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. - Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits. Location: Delhi NCR , Experience: 2-3 Years

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
