About the Role

Cosmoryx Technologies is looking for a Project Manager who can effectively manage software development projects from planning to final delivery.

The Project Manager will work closely with developers, designers, sales teams, management, clients, and external partners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.

The role will primarily involve managing Cosmoryx technology products including SolarX Business, SolarX Bazar, SolarX Connect, and other upcoming software projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise, and manage software development projects from start to completion.
- Define project scope, priorities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate daily work between developers, UI/UX designers, QA/testing teams, sales teams, and management.
- Assign tasks and regularly track their completion.
- Conduct daily/weekly project review meetings.
- Monitor development progress and identify delays, bugs, or execution risks.
- Ensure proper testing and quality checks before releasing current features.
- Maintain project documentation, task lists, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements clearly.
- Convert business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Manage feature development, improvements, bug fixes, and product releases.
- Prioritise tasks according to business requirements and product roadmap.
- Ensure proper communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Coordinate third-party integrations, APIs, vendors, and technology partners.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Provide regular project status reports to management.
- Help improve internal processes, team productivity, and project delivery standards.

Required Skills

- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Good understanding of software/web/mobile development processes
- Ability to understand technical requirements without necessarily being a programmer
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, SaaS products, UI/UX, testing, and cloud-based applications
- Good command of Hindi and English

Preferred Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / MBA / equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, software development coordination, SaaS, IT, or technology companies
- Experience managing developers and technical teams will be preferred.
- Experience in startup or SaaS environments will be an advantage.
