Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources activities at our healthcare centre in Tiruppur. The role includes recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance support, onboarding, and routine HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communication.
- Source and screen candidates according to approved job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department teams.
- Support employee joining and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related files.
- Assist with attendance and leave-related records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare basic HR reports.
- Support staff engagement and internal communication activities.




- Assist with employee documentation and routine HR processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for staffing requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Eligibility

- Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous hospital / healthcare HR experience required.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and HR documentation.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Immediate joiners required.
