Key Responsibilities

- Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with BDMs, sales executives, customers, accounts, and warehouse teams.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
- Track daily sales activities, orders, pending enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer enquiries are properly recorded and followed up on time.
- Customer Follow-up
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain proper customer communication and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with the concerned sales person for customer requirements.
- Order Management
- Receive and coordinate customer orders.
- Verify product availability, pricing, quantity, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and delivery.
- Track pending and completed orders.
- Sales Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update customer details, sales status, follow-up status, and order status.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions,



pending enquiries, and sales performance.
- Submit required reports to the reporting manager within the given timeline.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations departments.
- Communicate stock availability, pricing updates, customer requirements, and delivery status.
- Escalate customer complaints, order issues, and delays to the concerned manager.
- Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain customer databases and sales-related documents.
- Ensure all sales-related information is accurate and up to date.
- Target & Performance Support
- Assist the sales team in achieving assigned targets.
- Monitor pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify inactive leads and coordinate for reactivation.
- Support management in improving sales conversion and customer retention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
