- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for gold loan products.
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, and other product features to customers.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings to generate business.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Promote gold loan products through local marketing and customer referrals.
