Mandatory Skills & Qualification:

- Advanced MS Excel is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, filters and Excel MIS/reporting.
- Experience in inventory/store management in an aluminium, façade, glazing, construction or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP/software-based inventory management.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and handle large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain proper records of aluminium profiles, glass, ACP, hardware, consumables, sealants, fasteners and other façade materials.
- Verify incoming materials against PO, challan, invoice and material specifications.
- Conduct physical stock verification and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips,



Stock Registers and Material Transfer Records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Project and Accounts teams for material requirements and reconciliation.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, shortages and damaged materials and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper bin/location-wise inventory and ensure systematic stacking and identification of materials.
- Track project-wise material movement and consumption.
- Ensure FIFO/appropriate storage practices, especially for glass, sealants, chemicals and other sensitive materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to stock and material movement.
- Assist in monthly and annual physical stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the store.
