About the Job & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking 6 diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our operations team in Kolkata. In this role, you will manage, verify, and digitize critical import-export documentation, inventory catalogs, and shipment logs.

- Maintain and update daily shipment logs, commercial invoices, and packing lists in company databases and MS Excel.
- Verify supplier and buyer trade documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with export regulations.
- Organize, index, and archive physical and electronic records for shipping, customs clearance, and audit trails.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to track real-time dispatch and container movement.




- Perform periodic data audits to clean up duplicate entries and maintain strict database accuracy.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree / Graduation in any stream (Mandatory).
- Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work on-site in Kolkata.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (Minimum 35 WPM) with minimal error rate.
- Basic understanding of skilled English communication for filing and internal coordination.
