We are looking for an IT Coordination Executive (ICE) to oversee all aspects of IT network & ERP (MS Navision) maintenance and development. The ICE is the go-to person for all IT-related issues. This means that your ICE duties will involve managing activities such as PC setup, network connectivity, MS Navision management, training & development.
You will be reporting to the COO.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Maintain and ensure smooth operation of the current MS Navision ERP software.
3. Maintain and ensure smooth operation of network and IT related issues.
4. Coordinate with the ERP consultant company to develop MS Navision.
5. Assess and communicate IT and ERP needs to management and provide decision support through IT metrics.
6. Ensure legal IT compliance throughout the company.
Requirements
1.
Proven working experience as IT Executive.
2. People oriented and results driven. Self-motivated.
3. Some travelling from time to time will be required.
4. Demonstrable experience in IT related issues whether this be software or hardware related.
5. Ability to architect an IT strategy that is fit for the company.
6. Excellent active listening and presentation skills to translate the companies needs to the related parties and provide solutions.
7. Good knowledge of MS Navision or other similar ERP system in a manufacturing and sales workplace.
8. Degree in IT or related field is preferable.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
