Requirements:-

- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Direct Sales / Inside Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Solid ability to generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and outbound sales.
- Experience in identifying decision-makers and pitching IT services / software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → qualification → follow-up → meetings → closure.
- Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, or other lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
- Should be confident, target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Mohali office
