Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in a Work From Home role. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and following up with interested customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and updates.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly communication and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Tamil and English communication skills are mandatory.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones and computers.
Comfortable making customer calls and handling follow-ups.
Ability to work independently from home.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary & Selection:
Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
Final salary will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance.
Selection will be based on the interview and communication assessment.
Work From Home Requirements:
Smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
Quiet working environment suitable for making calls.
Candidates should be available during the agreed working hours.
