AI Product Manager I

Job Summary

We are looking for a Program Management & Junior Trainer – GenAI professional to support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of Generative AI learning programs.The role combines program coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and training delivery . The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a good understanding of Generative AI concepts and the ability to deliver foundational GenAI training and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Coordination

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of GenAI training and enablement programs .
- Prepare and maintain training calendars, batch schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Track program deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
- Manage participant nominations, registrations, attendance, assessments, and completion records.
- Prepare regular program status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports .
- Track training effectiveness, learner feedback, completion rates, and other program KPIs.
- Support stakeholder meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure training materials and environments are available before scheduled sessions.

GenAI Training & Facilitation

- Deliver foundation and beginner-level Generative AI training through classroom and virtual sessions.
- Explain GenAI and LLM concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
- Conduct demonstrations using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar GenAI platforms .
- Train learners on effective prompt engineering techniques and best practices .
- Facilitate hands-on exercises, workshops, demonstrations, and learner activities.




- Explain GenAI capabilities, limitations, hallucinations, responsible usage, privacy, and security considerations.
- Handle participant questions and provide guidance during hands-on activities.
- Assist senior trainers and SMEs in delivering advanced GenAI programs.

Content & Learning Support

- Support the creation and maintenance of training presentations, exercises, quizzes, labs, and reference materials.
- Update learning content based on developments in GenAI technologies and tools.
- Develop straightforward GenAI use cases relevant to enterprise and productivity scenarios.
- Collect learner feedback and identify opportunities to improve training content and delivery.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model fundamentals .
- Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI tools.
- Ability to demonstrate practical GenAI use cases.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good program coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple training batches, schedules, and deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar virtual training platforms.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.

Other Requirements

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and Agentic AI .
- Basic Python or API knowledge.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or enterprise GenAI solutions.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience creating dashboards or training MIS reports.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and AI governance .
- Previous exposure to corporate training, learning & development, or technology enablement programs.
