We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ERP entries, invoicing, GST/TDS compliance, receivables/payables and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle Purchase, Sales, Purchase Return and Sales Return entries.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
- Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory working/supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores and Management teams.
- Maintain accurate records of raw material purchases, job work, production-related expenses and dispatch billing.
- Support internal and statutory audits.

ERP & Software Experience – Required

Candidate should have practical working experience in:

- ERP / Accounting ERP systems




- Miracle Accounting / Miracle Office or similar accounting software
- MS Office
- MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas and reporting
- Tally / Tally Prime knowledge will be an advantage
- ERP-based Purchase, Sales, Inventory and Accounting modules

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Positive understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good Excel and ERP skills.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in manufacturing / engineering / automobile / forging / casting industries will be an added advantage, particularly candidates familiar with ERP-based inventory, purchase, production and accounting processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
