About the Job & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking 2 leaders for the Department Manager role to supervise daily operational teams, enforce quality controls, and lead trade fulfillment processes.
- Lead and mentor team members across trade operations, customer support, and administrative functions.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for foreign trade documentation and compliance.
- Monitor team performance KPIs, manage operational budgets, and present updates to executive leaders.
- Oversee relationships with foreign shipping agents, suppliers, and trade intermediaries.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education:Graduation / Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Management/Business (Mandatory)
- Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work in office in Kolkata.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Official offer letter and corporate onboarding experience.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training on international trade software.
- This salary is for probation period only (3 months), after which there will be a hike based on performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
