Job Summary
The AI / Automation Lead Architect will be responsible for defining, governing, and executing the customer's AI and Automation transformation agenda across Applications, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Security, and Business Operations. The role will serve as the technical and strategic leader for AI adoption, intelligent automation, AIOps, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and NoOps initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes through productivity improvement, service quality enhancement, cost optimization, and user experience transformation. The role will work closely with the Transformation Director, XMO Director, OCM Lead, Delivery Leadership, and Reckitt stakeholders to establish an AI-first operating model aligned with the customer's transformation vision
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation Strategy
- Define and maintain the AI and Automation roadmap for the Reckitt account.
- Establish a transformation backlog aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AIOps, NoOps, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
- Develop business cases and value realization models for AI initiatives.
- Create Executive dashboards demonstrating transformation outcomes and ROI.
Automation Architecture & Engineering
- Design scalable automation solutions leveraging:
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Azure AI Services
- Generative AI platforms
- Ansible Automation Platform
- Terraform
- API-led integration frameworks
- Define automation standards, reusable components, and enterprise automation patterns.
- Establish Low-Code/No-Code automation governance and controls.
AIOps & Intelligent Operations
- Lead implementation of predictive monitoring, event correlation, anomaly detection,
and self-healing capabilities.
- Define AIOps architecture integrating observability, ITSM, CMDB, and operational tooling.
- Drive reduction of incidents, manual effort, repeat tickets, and MTTR through automation.
- Enable intelligent service management and autonomous operations capabilities.
Agentic AI & GenAI Enablement
- Evaluate and implement AI agents supporting application, infrastructure, security, and business support functions.
- Define guardrails for deployment of AI-enabled operational assistants.
- Drive use case identification, prioritization, development, and adoption.
- Establish governance for autonomous and semi-autonomous AI solutions.
Responsible AI & Governance
- Lead the implementation of Responsible AI frameworks.
- Define risk management, compliance, audit, and governance controls for AI solutions.
- Establish AI approval processes, operating policies, lifecycle controls, and assurance mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams to ensure secure adoption of AI capabilities.
Transformation Leadership
- Lead a dedicated Automation Factory and Transformation Office.
- Mentor Automation Architects, RPA Developers, AI Engineers, and Platform Teams.
- Drive innovation workshops and automation ideation sessions with Reckitt stakeholders.
- Support customer presentations, executive governance reviews, and transformation boards.

Experience
- 12-18 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years leading Automation or AI Transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale AI, automation, and digital transformation programs.
- Experience working with global FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Retail organizations preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and IT leadership.
