We are looking for a Software Tester / QA to join our team and help us deliver a reliable, high-quality CRM application.
If you enjoy finding bugs, understanding how applications work, creating test scenarios, and making sure everything works as expected, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Test our CRM and web applications manually.
- Understand requirements and application workflows.
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional and regression testing.
- Perform basic API testing.
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and unexpected behavior.
- Document and track issues clearly.
- Retest fixes and verify that issues are resolved.
- Work with developers to understand and resolve issues.
- Perform end-to-end testing of CRM workflows.
- Use basic knowledge of APIs and databases during testing.
- Explore and use AI-assisted testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Valuable knowledge of Manual Testing / Software Testing.
- Understanding of Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
- Knowledge of Functional and Regression Testing.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing.
- Understanding of CRM workflows.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Web Applications, APIs, and Databases.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
1.5–2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA is preferred.
Freshers are also welcome if you have strong technical knowledge, relevant projects, and a good learning attitude.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools.
- Experience testing CRM or business workflow applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Databases.
