Aira Infinity is looking for an experienced State Sales Head for Bihar to build, manage and expand the company's sales operations across Bihar.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in core sales, business development, team leadership and revenue generation, along with good knowledge of the Bihar market, customer segments and local business network.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage the Bihar State Sales Team
- Recruit and develop Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives
- Develop and execute Bihar-specific sales strategies
- Drive business generation and achieve sales targets
- Train, mentor and motivate the sales team
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and training sessions
- Monitor team performance, productivity and business generation
- Develop new customer and business opportunities across Bihar
- Build and maintain strong market relationships
- Coordinate with senior management on sales activities and performance
- Expand the company's sales network and market presence across Bihar
- Maintain professional and compliant sales practices

Requirements

- 10+ years of core sales and team leadership experience preferred
- Candidates with 7-8+ years of strong relevant sales leadership experience may also be considered
- Strong experience in Sales, Business Development and Revenue Generation
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, Telecom,



FMCG or Service Industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Bihar market and geography
- Proven experience in building and managing sales teams
- Experience managing Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives
- Strong recruitment, training and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong target-oriented and business-focused approach
- Good client-handling and deal-closing skills
- 2+ years' stability with the previous company is preferred
- Network Marketing / Direct Sales experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Crypto, Blockchain, Web3 or Fintech is highly desirable
- Existing business contacts, sales network or distribution network in Bihar will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong Bihar market knowledge and local business/networking experience will be preferred.

Candidates from Pharma, Insurance and Automobile industries are generally not preferred.

Candidates with frequent job changes or consistently short company tenures may not be considered.

Compensation

₹35,000 - ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives

Compensation may vary based on experience, leadership capability, relevant industry background and overall suitability.
