Business Development Executive – ISO

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to handle client communication and support the growth of our ISO certification services. The role requires basic knowledge of ISO standards, robust communication skills, good learning ability, and the confidence to understand and communicate client requirements effectively.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training on ISO standards, client handling, certification processes, and business development activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their ISO certification requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Explain ISO certification services, processes, and applicable standards to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients throughout the certification process.
- Coordinate with internal consultants and relevant teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations, documentation, and client records as required.
- Maintain accurate client information, CRM updates, and follow-up records.
- Develop and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Continuously improve knowledge of ISO standards and certification requirements.

Basic Requirements

- Any graduate.
- Basic knowledge/awareness of ISO standards is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good learning ability and willingness to learn.
- Confidence in handling client communication.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and quick learning ability are encouraged to apply.
- Previous sales, consulting, or customer interaction experience will be an added advantage.

Eligibility





- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in consulting, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Good presentation, documentation, and client interaction skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Training & Confirmation

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 45-day training and evaluation period, during which they will receive training on ISO standards, consulting methodologies, client handling, documentation, and business development processes. Performance will be assessed throughout this period, and candidates who successfully meet the required standards will be confirmed as full-time employees with Factocert.

Work Details

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed weekly offs)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Mode: On-site
CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA + incentives with no cap ( Target Based )
Location: JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore

Additional Opportunities

- Travel within Bangalore and to client locations as required.
- Overseas opportunities may be available based on performance.
