Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities for corporate gifting orders.

- Manage the complete production lifecycle, from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, printers, packaging suppliers, and branding partners.
- Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet client specifications and company standards.
- Source new products and vendors to enhance the gifting portfolio.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production terms with suppliers.
- Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand project requirements.
- Resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports, order status updates, and cost analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries
