We are looking for a results-driven HR professional to manage recruitment and HR operations.

Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West
Shift: 2 PM –12 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
- Learn and adapt to US hiring practices and blue-collar recruitment
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities as required

Requirements

- Prior experience in BPO/Consultancy Recruitment will be an advantage (Freshers with positive communication skills can apply)
- Proficient in using job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Consistently meet recruitment targets and timelines with a results-driven approach
