Professor and Associate Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Job Summary

Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology invites applications from highly qualified and experienced academicians for the position of Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The candidate should have strong academic, research, teaching, and leadership capabilities with a proven record of publications and academic contributions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate effective teaching-learning practices.
- Develop and update course content, curriculum, and teaching materials.
- Guide UG/PG students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
- Conduct and promote research leading to quality publications in reputed journals/conferences.
- Mentor faculty members and contribute to departmental academic development.
- Participate in accreditation, academic audits, and institutional activities.
- Develop industry and academic collaborations for student and faculty development.
- Encourage innovation, consultancy, funded research projects, and intellectual property initiatives.
- Undertake departmental administrative and academic responsibilities as assigned by the Institution.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Ph.D.



in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant allied discipline from a recognized university.
- M.E./M.Tech in CSE/IT/Computer Science or relevant discipline with a consistently good academic record.
- Candidates should meet the applicable AICTE/UGC and affiliating university norms for the position of Professor.
- Robust academic and research background with relevant teaching experience.
- Candidates with experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation, academic administration, research projects, consultancy, and industry collaboration will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, as applicable under prevailing regulatory and university norms.
- Demonstrated record of research publications, student guidance, academic leadership, and professional contributions.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
