We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team and help expand the retail presence of Aniaar Spices and Asher PetCare across Faridabad.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, pet shops and other relevant outlets, introducing our products to shop owners, generating orders and developing long-term retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops and retail outlets across Faridabad on a daily basis.
- Introduce and demonstrate Aniaar Spices and Asher PetCare products to potential retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retailers.
- Explain product features, pricing, margins and available schemes to retailers.
- Take orders and coordinate with the team for order fulfilment.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential retail outlets.
- Maintain regular records of shop visits,
leads, orders and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor competitor products and market activity.
- Represent both brands professionally in the market.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, retail sales or distribution is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking directly with shop owners and retailers..
- Willingness to travel within Faridabad.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily shop visits.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
