Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices.
- Record receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and invoices.
- Assist the senior accounts team in daily accounting activities.
- Prepare and maintain basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Follow up for required invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist with data entry and verification of financial records.
- Support the accounts team during audits and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or relevant qualification preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be sincere, responsible, and willing to learn.
