Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager who can manage the day-to-day operations of Edit World, coordinate with editors and project managers, ensure timely project delivery, maintain workflow efficiency, and make sure company SOPs are properly followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily office operations.
- Assign projects to editors according to workload, skill level, and deadlines.
- Track all ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate between clients, project managers, creative team, and editors.
- Monitor editor productivity and work quality.
- Ensure company SOPs, working hours, and discipline are followed.
- Identify workflow problems and implement solutions.
- Maintain daily/weekly project reports.
- Monitor pending, urgent, and delayed projects.
- Ensure proper file management, data transfer, backups, and project organization.
- Handle team scheduling and workload distribution.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.




- Resolve internal team issues related to workflow and deadlines.
- Maintain a professional and productive work environment.
- Report operational performance and important issues directly to management.

Required Skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking.
- Ability to maintain discipline and enforce company policies.

- Experience in video editing/wedding post-production is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
