General Description
- Demonstrate working knowledge of CyberArk components, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), PVWA, PTA, and EPM, to support platform operations and user requirements.
- Monitor CyberArk environments for security risks, vulnerabilities, and operational issues, perform initial analysis, and escalate complex issues or threats to CyberArk SMEs and engineering teams as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, onboarding details, and audit-related reports to support compliance and platform governance requirements.

Technical Requirements
- Experience in the installation, configuration, administration, and support of CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CCP/AIM, PTA, and EPM.
- Hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining CyberArk environments following established standards and operational procedures.
- Experience in onboarding privileged accounts, service accounts, applications, and target systems into the CyberArk platform.
- Experience in creating and managing Safes, platforms, user groups, owners, permissions, and access control policies.
- Knowledge of password management processes, account reconciliation, password rotation, and privileged account lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with Windows, UNIX/Linux servers, databases, network devices, SSH keys,
SAP environments, and enterprise applications.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM solutions, SNMP, MFA, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Ability to monitor CyberArk platform health, perform routine maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades and patching activities.
- Working knowledge of CyberArk PTA (Privileged Threat Analytics) and EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager) administration and operational support.
- Experience with CyberArk onboarding utilities, REST APIs, and administrative tools to support platform operations and account management.
- Basic to intermediate scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting for automation and operational support activities.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux administration, networking concepts, and virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Understand information security principles, privileged access controls, and industry standards such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
- Experience working with security monito ring and logging solutions, including integration of CyberArk events with SIEM platforms for audit and compliance requirements.
Soft Skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to present solutions to clients remotely and in person if needed.
- Positive documentation skills that will enable creation of design documents for the technical solutions proposed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good collaboration skills in working with virtual and distributed teams.
Certifications
Good to have relevant certificates like (any of the below):
- CyberArk Certified Defender (CCD)
- CyberArk Certified Sentry (CCS)
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)
Educational Qualifications
- University degree in IT or/and IT Security
