Green World Group is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, training, professional courses, or a related industry. The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, promoting suitable training programs, managing leads, and converting enquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals about suitable academic and qualified training programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
- Handle leads and enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and enrollment procedures clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing learners.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance throughout the admission process.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in education sales, training, academic counselling,



or professional course sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or lead-management systems.
- Candidates with experience promoting NEBOSH, IOSH, HSE, Safety, or other professional certification courses will be preferred.
