Job Summary

Paprsky Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Lathe Machine Operator for our facility operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lathe machines to manufacture precision parts and components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, adjust, and operate lathe machines, including manual/conventional or CNC machines, to perform turning, facing, threading, and boring operations.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and tooling fixtures according to material and design requirements.
- Measure and inspect finished workpieces using precision measurement instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators,



and height gauges.
- Perform basic routine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of machinery and the work area.
- Identify machine malfunctions, equipment wear, or tooling defects and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow plant safety standards, PPE requirements, and workshop safety procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Lathe Machine Operator in a manufacturing or machining workshop is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience using precision measurement tools.
- Knowledge of metal properties, tooling, and machining tolerances.
- Valid Indian passport is required.
- Must be willing to relocate and work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
