HIRING ALERT | INSURANCE CLAIMS PROFESSIONAL
Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Are you a graduate looking to build or grow your career in the Insurance Claims / Claims Administration domain?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Professional to manage end-to-end insurance claims processing while coordinating with customers, insurers, adjusters and internal teams.

ROLE: INSURANCE CLAIMS SKILLED

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle end-to-end claims processing and administration
Review and verify claim forms, supporting documents and policy details
Validate claims against policy terms, conditions and coverage
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, loss adjusters and stakeholders
Investigate discrepancies and obtain additional documentation when required
Process claims accurately within defined TATs and SLAs
Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly
Identify potential fraud, errors or irregularities and escalate appropriately
Respond professionally to customer and stakeholder queries
Prepare reports and provide updates on claim status and pending cases
Follow company processes, quality standards, compliance and data protection requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS
Good understanding of insurance claims processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of MS Office and claims-processing systems
Ability to work with onshore/international stakeholders
Willingness to work in shifts, if required

QUALIFICATION
Any Graduate
Insurance/claims-related certification or relevant experience will be an advantage

PREFERRED: EXPERIENCE Candidates with experience in:

Insurance Claims
Claims Administration
Policy Servicing
Customer Service
Back-Office Operations are encouraged to apply.
