Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns, analyze performance and support customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other digital channels.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
- Conduct audience/keyword research and A/B testing.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Work with creative and business teams to improve campaign results.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital/Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college/institute preferred.
- Candidates with strong academic performance and a growth mindset will be preferred.
