Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor job progress.
- Monitor technician productivity, bay utilisation and repair quality.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts Department.
- Conduct quality checks and minimise rework/repeat repairs.
- Handle workshop-floor operational and technical issues.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, safety and housekeeping standards.




- Support achievement of workshop productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Hyundai or reputed passenger-car dealerships preferred.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair and workshop operations.
