We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad to manage sales activities, build solid customer relationships, develop marketing strategies, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
The role will involve exploring new market opportunities, analyzing market trends, managing customer relationships, supporting team training, and developing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute sales activities to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate new business.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience in the Chemical Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
Candidate Requirement
- Only candidates currently based in Ahmedabad or nearby Ahmedabad locations will be considered.
- Chemical Industry background/experience is mandatory.
- Candidates without relevant Chemical Industry experience will not be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site role in Ahmedabad.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
