- Strong knowledge of Production & Manufacturing Processes
- Valuable knowledge of Fabrication Processes
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
- Knowledge of cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and fitting
- Knowledge of fabrication tools, machines, and equipment
- Production planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Knowledge of Quality Control and Inspection
- Coordination with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Design teams
- Ability to manage manpower and production targets
