Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in direct sales, client acquisition, and online business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on business requirements.
- Handle direct sales activities and follow up with prospective clients.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and submit proposals on Upwork according to client requirements.
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Assist in achieving business development and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Interest in direct sales and client acquisition.
- Basic understanding of Upwork bidding and proposal writing is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Prior knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
