We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can handle incoming business enquiries and convert qualified prospects into clients.
What you'll do:
- Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Meta Ads and other channels
- Call and understand the client's business & requirement
- Explain services such as Website Development, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Lead Generation
- Recommend suitable packages based on client requirements
- Send proposals/quotations and follow up consistently
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally
- Follow leads from first enquiry to final closure/payment
- Maintain proper lead status and follow-up records
What we're looking for:
- Robust Hindi + English communication
- Previous experience in sales/business development preferred
- Digital marketing/IT/web services sales experience will be a strong advantage
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong WhatsApp follow-up and calling skills
- Most importantly: ability to close, not just call
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
