Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts in the non-IT and medical sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering top-notch recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the non-IT and medical domains.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the non-IT and medical sectors.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics.




- Ensure that recruitment targets are met in accordance with client expectations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client goals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase recruitment capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-IT and medical sectors.
- Proven experience in client management and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
