Job Summary

Vidyapant Academy is looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented School Visit & Door-to-Door Marketing Executive to promote our academic programs, scholarship examinations and admission opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, meeting students and parents, conducting local promotional activities, generating leads and supporting the admission counselling team.

Key Responsibilities1. School Visits

- Visit schools regularly to promote Vidyapant Academy's courses and programs.
- Meet school authorities, teachers, students and coordinators where permitted.
- Share information about VTSE – Vidyapant Talent Search Examination, scholarships and admission programs.
- Distribute brochures, flyers and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with schools.

2. Door-to-Door Marketing

- Visit residential areas, societies and nearby localities.
- Interact with parents and students and explain available courses.
- Promote Foundation, CBSE, JEE and NEET programs.
- Inform parents about scholarship opportunities, demo classes and admission offers.
- Collect genuine student/parent leads and required contact information.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

- Generate new student leads through school visits and field marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities.
- Share interested leads with the counselling/admission team.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents when required.
- Help convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and admissions.

4. Promotional Activities

- Participate in education fairs, scholarship campaigns,



seminars, events and local promotional activities.
- Support distribution of posters, pamphlets and other marketing materials.
- Promote academy programs in the assigned area.
- Support VTSE and other admission campaigns.

5. Reporting

- Submit daily visit and lead-generation reports.
- Maintain details of schools and areas visited.
- Record the number of students/parents contacted and interested leads generated.
- Update follow-up status regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Ability to communicate with parents, students and school staff.
- Good convincing and counselling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.




- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in education, sales, telecalling or field marketing will be an advantage.

- Number of schools visited.
- Number of parents/students contacted.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of counselling appointments booked.
- Number of demo classes booked.

- Daily and monthly target achievement.
- Follow-up and lead conversion rate.

Working Style

This is primarily a field marketing role. The employee should be comfortable travelling to schools, residential areas, societies and other assigned locations during working hours.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Telecalling and Admission Counselling teams to convert generated leads into admissions.
