Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, conducting product demonstrations, progressing opportunities through the sales funnel, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls
- Understand customer needs, business requirements, and pain points.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and route suitable opportunities to the relevant sales executives.
- Conduct effective online product demonstrations for prospects.
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Close sales and work toward achieving quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.




- Work closely with channel partners to build the sales pipeline and support deal closures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales/ Software Sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong telephone communication skills and willingness to make high-volume calls.
- Good understanding of customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Experience using CRM software
- Proficiency with productivity and web-presentation tools.
- Excellent and Verbal communication skills in Hindi .
- Robust listening, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively.
